SPINDLE RAIL AND POST DESIGN

Attach the spindles to the floor and add simple square posts with detail shown.  

alternate - 2 simple to 1 spiral as shown. 

Like the simple post design on the right but add the trim work on the bottom for a better finish.

INSPIRATION

Love the alternating design of 2 traditional and 1 twisted.  

Post tops dark wood stain and railing.  Also like this traditional spindle proportion. 

These spindles are too contemporary. Simple post design is OK.
