Front door

Prefer Garage door # 1 on top with grill work.  Drawing from supplier is their #4 although it's not right.

Carved corners are not necessary - everything is right angled. 

I would like grill work on top to repeat the front door - but if I cannot because of code - then go with the larger windows.  There are no normal windows in the garage so I am relying on the windows in the 2 doors and garage doors for added light.

The upper half is shorter - the kick plate area is larger - there are less planks - 
Does the supplier have decorative handles to choose from or do I have to find myself?
